Here is my summary of the Tuesday, May 7th 2024 regular meeting of Allegheny County Council. My votes are in parentheses. All 15 members were present.
I want to start off by thanking Office of the Allegheny County Executive for nominating me for to the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission. The commission has some tremendous opportunities thanks to federal legislation like the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill and the Inflation Reduction Act, and I hope that my fellow councilmembers find me worthy of appointment.
