13547-25 (Chief Executive – Yes) This resolution would create a LERTA for an apartment complex in the Homewood-Brushton neighborhood. Passed 15-0.
13548-25 (Chief Executive – Yes) This resolution would create a LERTA for an apartment complex in Lower Lawrenceville. Passed 14-1 (Hallam no).
13581-25 (Chief Executive – Health and Human Services) This ordinance would update the ACHD air quality program to address US EPA source categories of ship surface coating operations; Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Industry (SOCMI) air oxidation, distillation, and reactor processes; and large petroleum solvent dry cleaners. Sent to committee on health and human services.
13578-25 (Palmiere – Sustainability) This resolution would amend county clean up day to occur at least 3 times a year. Sent to committee on sustainability and green initiatives.
13579-25 (Naccarati-Chapkis – Public Safety) This resolution would express the support of Council to provide technical and other assistance to the County’s volunteer fire departments’ efforts to address their staffing and budgetary challenges. Sent to committee on public safety.
13580-25 (Chief Executive – Economic Development & Job Creation) This resolution would allow for a new Integrative Health Science building at Duquesne to be financed by the Allegheny County Higher Education Building Authority. Sent to committee on economic development and job creation.
