Here is my summary of the Tuesday, August 27th 2024 regular meeting of Allegheny County Council. Apologies for getting a bit behind on summaries. My votes are in parentheses, as is the prime sponsor. 14 members were present (Filiaggi absent).
This was a very short meeting as most of our post-break legislation was introduced in the previous meeting. The only items introduced were for appointments to the Independent Police Review Board and the Drug & Alcohol Planning Council. Our next meeting is tomorrow, September 24th at 5pm in the Gold Room of the County Courthouse.
